Queenstown

由 Hobart 去 Strahan 必經過 Queenstown，在山上 Lookout 遠望到山下整個小鎮。Queenstown 是靠採礦業維生，現在還有一個礦場運作。

Regrowth is beginning to reclaim the 'moonscape' hills around Queenstown that resulted from the combination of rain, mining, timber cutting and bushfires. Nevertheless, Queenstown-the 'capital' of the west, still has a distinctive character. Mining has been its mainstay for more than a century, with displays from the past and tours of present mine operations being essential for visitors wanting to gain an appreciation of the colourful, historical town.

Queenstown 末有公路前，好依靠火車運送礦產、人和生活所需到 Strahan，現在小火車就作為旅遊用途。
